Most problems arise from having a “someone else will do it” attitude so please look after your environment, take the rubbish and recycling out, tidy up and clan after yourself. Disagreements happen and when people can’t discuss everything in a clam and diplomatic manner with all members of the house present and come to a mutually compromising solution. Most problems are solved thought talking. If this is not possible you can always contact us for some help.
Safety
- Don’t obstruct any alarms
- Keep your belongings in your own room
- But contents insurance as soon as you move in
- Avoid using deep-frying machines
- Keep kitchen door closed when cooking
- Never leave cooking unattended
- Close windows when you leave home
- Always update us with all new contact details
- If you lose your key, we will charge £10 for a new one
- Never pour oil or fat down the sink
- Never leave candles unattended or near an aerosol
